Introducing the User Experience Design Studio

ExactTarget's User Experience (UX) Design Studio is comprised of a complementary team of user experience professionals, including human-computer interaction experts, experienced user researchers, and interaction and visual designers. They're dedicated to integrating a user-centered approach into the ExactTarget engineering process, and in order to accomplish this, we ask for feedback early and often from real ExactTarget users.

What We're Up To

• From persona generation to iterative expert design reviews, we continually apply formal design and evaluation methodologies in the software engineering process.
• We partner with top graduate-level design and human-computer interaction research schools to create the most highly sought-after graduate project and internship program in the state of Indiana.
• We're establishing a state-of-the-art user research lab that will support a myriad of research activities, from focus groups to device testing. The bottom line?
