Meet Joel Book:


Joel considers himself one of the luckiest guys in marketing. For more than 30 years, he's had a front-row seat observing the evolution of one-to-one marketing, and he knows it's been an amazing journey for him. He's witnessed the migration of marketing from a one-way "broadcast" model to a two-way "conversational" model involving email, mobile, and social media.


He's also had the privilege of guiding database marketing strategies for some of the most innovative B2B and B2C brands in the business including Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, and Hasbro. Joel has used the one-to-one marketing success stories of ExactTarget customers to teach other companies industry best practices.
